Hayley is the heart and expert hands behind PAWS Grooming. With almost 15 years of dedicated service as an Animal Care Assistant at RSPCA Cornwall, she brings an unparalleled understanding of dog behaviour, handling, and welfare to every groom.

In 2024, she combined her extensive experience with professional grooming skills to launch PAWS Grooming. Her genuine love for dogs and commitment to animal welfare means every session is tailored to your dog's individual needs, personality, and comfort levels.

Arrival Please walk your dog beforehand so they can relieve themselves. Arrive promptly for your appointment time.
Vaccinations Your pet must be fully up-to-date with vaccinations before their appointment.
Flea Policy Please ensure your pet is flea-free. A £10 charge applies if fleas are found.
New Clients A Client Consent Form must be completed before your first appointment.
